PERSONAL TRAINING
Whether you are new to exercise, have limitations due to health complications or compete at a high level athletically, we have the trainer for you. SWAC personal trainers are nationally certified and results oriented. Sessions with our trainers can be done one-on-one, in a buddy setting, in small groups or “open sessions”.
Working with a trainer is one of the most effective ways to improve your overall health and fitness. A trainer will coach you, monitor your progress, and fine tune your program helping you to break through plateaus. You will learn the safest and most effective way to use equipment with the correct form and techniques. Individualized programs that are sport-specific can help you to improve your performance level. Friendly, professional, our Personal Trainers will develop a program to suit your body, level of fitness and time constraints.
GREG SMITH
Greg Smith is a professional athlete, personal trainer, nationally certified massage therapist and a group cycling instructor. As a competitive athlete since the age of 15, Greg attributes much of his success to the help of many coaches, massage therapists and trainers over the years. Greg utilizes his personal experience to help clients obtain optimal health for an active north Idaho lifestyle.

VICTORIA CARMAN
Victoria Carman is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. In the industry since 1999, Victoria has had the opportunity to design and teach a wide variety of workout plans both in group and one on one settings. MICHELLE SADEWIC
Michelle Sadewic is an ACE certified personal trainer, group exercise and group cycling instructor. She enjoys working with people of all fitness levels. Michelle especially enjoys mixing it up with her clients doing different workouts using a variety of equipment...keeping workouts fun and exciting. SUE LOPEZ
Sue has been active in the fitness industry for 10 years. After obtaining her Wa ter Aerobic Instructor Certification, she then pursued her dream of becoming an Ace Certified Personal Trainer. Working with clients in the water and on land allows her to meet the needs of her cllients as well as adding an element of fun and variety. Sue considers it an honor to be part of her client's exciting journey toward better health and fitness through nutrition and exercise. ROSE PRESTON
Rose Preston is an ACE certified personal trainer and has been working
in the fitness industry since 2002. She uses a variety of tools including free weights, cardio training, TRX, kettle bells, nutrition counseling and behavior modification. As someone who has struggled with weight issues in the past, Rose draws on her knowledge and personal experiences to help her clients acheive success!
