PERSONAL TRAINING

Whether you are new to exercise, have limitations due to health complications or compete at a high level athletically, we have the trainer for you. SWAC personal trainers are nationally certified and results oriented. Sessions with our trainers can be done one-on-one, in a buddy setting, in small groups or “open sessions”.

Working with a trainer is one of the most effective ways to improve your overall health and fitness. A trainer will coach you, monitor your progress, and fine tune your program helping you to break through plateaus. You will learn the safest and most effective way to use equipment with the correct form and techniques. Individualized programs that are sport-specific can help you to improve your performance level. Friendly, professional, our Personal Trainers will develop a program to suit your body, level of fitness and time constraints.

Victoria Carman is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. In the industry since 1999, Victoria has had the opportunity to design and teach a wide variety of workout plans both in group and one on one settings. DIANA OKON

Diana_web.pngDiana Okon has been training for well over a decade.  She is an ACE certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor.  She works with children to older adults.  Her education background helps her in group training situations.  Diana enjoys working with all levels of fitness and challenging each person at their appropriate level.  She believes strongly that exercise is important for lifelong mental and physical health. CODY UKICHcody personal trainer

Cody is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health and Fitness Specialist. Cody's past and present experiences have taught her to create highly customized training programs for any and all ages and ability levels. Her personal background holds heavy emphasis on endurance sports such as distance running and IRONMAN triathlon. Kelly Emerson is an AFAA certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.  Having been in the industry since 2008 and owning a group fitness studio in WA state, Kelly has crossed paths with hundreds of people who have found it a challenge to incorporate fitness in their lives. Kelly's goal is to help people achieve wellness through making lifestyle changes and helping people realize that being "fit" is not a privilege, but a necessity for a strong, healthy body.
